Comment: I have a Werner 28 foot 1A Fiberglass Ladder, I use it on a two story town house here in Maine. I have never had a problem ,with this product. It never has ever twisted on me.It has always given me afilling of bening stable. I give it 4 stars only,because I've not tried any other product in this catergory, (don't see no need too).

Comment: I have two extension ladders, and I attached this stabilizer without a problem to my first ladder. However, the second ladder has thicker steps and rails which made installation very difficult -- I had to bend a few of the U bolts. Once installed, the stabilizer pretty much works as expected.
