Customer Rating: Summary: Perfect Comment: I am quite athletic and injured some muscles/tendons. I was in physical therapy and wanted to know more about why specific exercises were helping more than I had expected. This is a perfect book for the aging athlete who will start getting more and more minor problems from wear and tear, that seem to take longer and longer to heal. This book describes quite clearly and completely activies that help both in prevention and recovery. The knowledge it contains will help anyone heal as quickly as possible and avoid reinjury.
Customer Rating: Summary: Excellent Edition, An Actual Improvement on the old Edition Comment: This edition is actually an improvement on the old edition. There a many more charts graphs and tables as well as current information that the old edition just does not have. I highly recommend this book.
