Customer Rating: Summary: An excellent companion to your case book Comment: This book does an excellent job at laying out the default rules and explaining them in an organized manner. What is even better about the book is its use of charts to demonstrate the differences between the various default statutes. This book definitely helped me earn a goo grade in the class. I highly recommend it. For anyone who has taken a course with Professor Kleinberger, this book is written much differently than his lecturing style, and it will help make sense of what is covered in class.
Customer Rating: Summary: Nice and Simple Comment: This book was nice and simple. A good summary of what you need to know. The section on agency was great. I think he got a little carried away in the partnerships section when he compared RUPA and UPA. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone who wants a comprehensive summary of the law of agency, partnerships, and unincorporated entities.
